Bintou is a bilingual English/Wolof therapist that is committed to delivering empathetic and effective care across diverse populations. She has worked extensively with individuals across the lifespan, including children involved in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems, survivors of domestic violence, people experiencing homelessness, individuals with developmental disabilities, and students facing behavioral or emotional challenges in school. Claudia is a bilingual English/Spanish therapist who supports adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, identity exploration, life transitions, and adjustment concerns. She has extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including neurodivergent clients, older adolescents preparing for the transition into adulthood, people healing from cultural or religious trauma, and those managing chronic illness. She is LGBTQIA-affirming and committed to honoring each client’s identity and lived experience. Ana Lucia Peña, LSW

Ana is a bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural therapist dedicated to creating a compassionate, grounded space where healing feels possible. She brings a trauma-informed approach to all of her work, honoring the unique cultural, familial, and personal experiences that shape each of you.

Her clinical passion lies in attachment-based therapy and helping clients reconnect with, nurture, and heal their inner child. She believes that understanding our early relationships can open the door to meaningful change, healthier connections, and a kinder relationship with ourselves.
